The seal on the back side of my 2017 Nissan Rogue sunroof looked torn in two places and the sunroof did not want to close. Plus, I was two hours away from home not wanting to drive back in the rainstorms coming because of this… First, Mr. Sleeper was able to immediately schedule me for a service call. That was great considering that Ponca City, OK service is limited especially for what I needed. He was able to quickly remove my sunroof, diagnose, fix the problem (luckily an unseated seal), and then reinstall it all just as quickly. I’d recommend him for car sunroof/windows repair or replacement in the Ponca City area which is needed!!!!! He told me he had 25 years experience… and I could see it first hand while noting that he enjoyed giving above and beyond service which I appreciated.

I called around to multiple auto glass shops in Ponca without anyone answering or getting a real person on the phone. Tracey with S&S answered 1st call, got me a quote on a new windshield installed on that phone call for cheaper then I could buy the glass on my own. He said he’d install on Wednesday at 11am, and called at exactly 11am on Wednesday and was there to put the windshield in. Tracey noticed a small manufactured defect on the glass after it was installed, was honest about it since I wasn’t there to see it, got a new windshield ordered and replaced again within 2 days (was not his fault). Very nice guy, top notch work, honest, affordable, and on time. Will definitely recommend and use again! -1970 F350

Great, friendly service at a GREAT value! I scheduled an appt, they ordered the glass, came to my address for free, worked quickly and efficiently- all said and done in less than 24 hours.
